Binding: 19th-century red morocco gilt in imitation 17th-century style. Gilt edges, marbled endpapers, five raised bands on spine.
Rare Books copy: Acquired June 1873. Book label and spade shield arms: "Geo: Arnold Esq one of gentlemen of his Majesty's Most Honorable Privy Chamber". Extract from unidentified bookseller's catalogue pasted in.
