ES1 – Stage 2
The State Library of NSW is thrilled to host Incredibilia, a magical theatre performance that weaves together 20 of Libby Hathorn’s most popular children’s books using music, songs and puppetry.
We are offering schools the opportunity to join in the magic this Book Week – complete with a Q&A after the show with author Libby Hathorn, Kim Carpenter, Peter Kennard and actors Manon Gunderson-Briggs and Fabio Jaconelli!!
About the show:
Incredibilia follows two intrepid best friends as they embark on an imaginative journey, crossing super-hot deserts, exploring exotic gardens and taking a trip over the moon, all to discover the true meaning of connection.
Adapted for stage by acclaimed theatre-maker Kim Carpenter (of Theatre of Image), with music by Peter Kennard’s extraordinary one-man band, this heartwarming performance is a celebration of family, friendship and the comfort of home.
