2024 National Poetry Month - BBC Radio: The Verb

The Verb, BBC Radio’s much-loved ‘Cabaret of the Word’, rolls into Sydney for a celebration of Australian poetry as part of Contains Strong Language, with readings and performances by Omar Sakr, Eileen Chong, Chika Ikogwe, Freya Daly Sadgrove, and NSW Book of the Year winner, Ali Cobby Eckermann. Hosted by UK poet and broadcaster Ian McMillan. Recorded for broadcast.
